While The Wellness House LLC - INARA (Coaching division) provides powerful tools, strategies, and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or earnings from our courses, masterminds, strategies, or coaching programs. By participating, you acknowledge that no promises or guarantees of future success or income have been made and that we have not authorized any such implication, promise, or representation by others. Your journey is uniquely yours, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

REFUND/MULTIPLE PAYMENTS: No refunds are available. All payments are non-refundable should the Client decide not to participate in the program/call later. Should the Client not complete full payment, access to all program materials and proprietary company materials will be revoked. If The Wellness House, LLC terminates this Agreement, the Company agrees that the Client is not obligated to make any remaining payments for the program materials, and access to the program/call content and proprietary company materials will also be revoked upon the contract's early termination.

Scheduling: Session dates and times will be agreed upon by Dr. Zoyara Reyes and the Client.
For ongoing mentorship clients, recurring sessions will generally be scheduled for the same day and time each month unless otherwise arranged.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, cannot be guaranteed a replacement session.

We appreciate your respect for the time and space reserved for your mentorship experience.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Dr. Zoyara Reyes/The Wellness House reserves all ownership rights to the program materials. The Client agrees not to share, copy, distribute, disseminate, or sell the materials for commercial or non-commercial purposes, other than for their individual use.
